Duration
ANM course is of 2 year duration including internship.
Admission criteria
Medium of instruction: Hindi
SEX: Course only for female candidate.
AGE: at the time of admission minimum age is 17 years or should complete 17 year in December month of admission year. Maximum age limit is 35 years.
Educational qualification
Candidate must be 12th pass from MP Higher secondary board/Rajya open board/CBSE or other equivalent boards recognized by Government.
Physical Standard
The candidate must produce certificate of physical and mental healthy for any registered medical officer. No maternity or abortion leave is permissible during course, in such conditions student has to discontinue her course for that particular session.

- Mark list of 10th Class.
- Mark list of 12th Class.
- School transfer certificate(TC)
- Character certificate.
- Domicile certificate.
- Migration certificate (if candidates is from out of Madhya Pradesh State.)
- Medical certificate.
- Samagra ID, Aadhar Card, PAN Card.
- Gap Certificate (Original)
- Cast certificate from eligible authority if belong to ST SC OBC all ……….. should be signed by competent authority.
- Income certificate.
- Address proof
- Caste certificate.
- Six passport size photographs
- Two stamp size photographs.
- Affidavit I & II as per format.
- Affidavit of name change.
NOTE: At the time of admission candidate is required to submit all original documents which will be returned after verification from the state Council.
Vacation
Students will go 15 days winter and 15 days summer vacation in an academic year. No other leave is permissible.
Eligibility for examination
1. Candidate should have 90% in theory and 100% attendance in Hospital/community practical’s.
2. Candidate should submit all assignments.
